Reviews and Ratings
Staying at this hotel was a delightful experience overall. The rooms were spacious, with hardwood floors and a view of the city with Lake Erie in the background, providing a comfortable stay. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs, although dining options were limited. The location was ideal for our needs and offered proximity to key attractions. While there were some minor hiccups in the dining area, the overall value for money was satisfactory.
I was truly impressed with the modern charm and character of the rooms with their hardwood floors, high ceilings, and marble-topped dresser. The original windows added a unique touch to the overall ambiance. However, the late check-out time was a bit inconvenient for me, but overall, I had a wonderful stay at the hotel.
I stayed at this hotel during my visit to the Cleveland Clinic and found it to be a convenient choice due to its proximity to the clinic. The rooms were spacious, beautifully furnished, and very comfortable, providing a relaxing stay. However, some areas of the rooms were a bit dark and gloomy. The service at check-in was not as professional as expected, but the staff were committed to ensuring a good experience overall. The location, being close to the Cleveland Clinic, was the best feature considering the value for money. The dining experience was decent, although a bit overpriced, and the facilities were satisfactory.
